Dawn or dusk.
The 16th of December starts the series of nine Christmas services in the Philippines. These services or masses are held either in the dawn or in the evening.
The last mass, in the Roman Catholic tradition, is called Misa de Gallo which translates to ”Rooster’s Mass.”
