Oh, Jello!
Apricot Jello + a very special ingredient!
(added too much effects on the first photo because of my crappy nails. HA!)

Spaghetti with Basil, Garlic, Tomato and Tuna
To take a break from the usual Filipino meal, I cooked a simple pasta recipe. We ran out of fresh basil so I used the dried ones.
Purchased enough gulaman powder to make jello shots and this dark chocolate panna cotta. This is the first time I made panna cotta XD.
Too bad I can’t take a decent photo of the panna cotta and vanilla ice cream. But I’m posting this still.

Yey, Cheesecake!
Haven’t made something like this in quite a while. I made a 9-inch cheesecake and four smaller ones (around 4.5 inches in diameter) with the cream cheese and jams available at home. I hope my family will be pleased. :3
Try and try until you succeed.
Made three eggs-in-a-basket yesterday after a failed attempt the day before. These may be slightly burned near the edges but still better than the coal I cooked. HAHA!
Eggs in the Basket and instant capuccino for brekkie as I try to finish the remnants of the previous semester.
Here’s to being alone!
Eating breakfast the whole day.
Egg and Bacon French Toast
Cream Cheese and Chocolate Pancakes
Two Unusual Morning Meals.
Beef Steak and Garlic Herb Pasta
Spicy Soy-Garlic Chicken and Noodles with Peanut-Ginger Dressing
Fish Nuggets and Coleslaw.
I made fish nuggets using the Fish Patty Burger recipe in the Good to Go book by Yummy Magazine.
I modified the recipe a bit. Instead of breadcrumbs, I used oatmeal. I also added herbs like basil and parsley.
As for the (sort-of) coleslaw, I just blanched carrots and cabbage, added salad and sandwich mate (we ran out of mayo and pickles) and a little mustard, and chilled the mixture.
